Jayme Koszyn (principal and founder) oversees all activities of JKC. She was the executive in charge of BAM's first-ever Department of Education and Humanities, reporting to Harvey Lichtenstein. For over a decade Ms. Koszyn was on the faculty of the Boston University Theater School and Boston College. She has worked with over 60 clients since JKC's inception, and has spoken at numerous seminars and symposia about fundraising, development, and institution building. She was the President of the Literary Managers and Dramaturgs Association for the Americas and her writings on dramaturgy are used in international curricula. Ms. Koszyn is a magna cum laude graduate of Princeton University, holds an MFA from the Boston University Theater School, and was a Telluride Scholar at Cornell. As principal of JKC, BAM executive, and through her fundraising and development activities during her career, Ms. Koszyn has helped to raise over $120 million dollars, building institutions and strengthening missions and programs as part of her work. She is a fourth generation New Yorker and lives in Brooklyn with her family.

Katie Braja has been an Associate with Jayme Koszyn Consulting since 2007, and was promoted to Development Officer in 2009. Previously, Katie was Administrative Coordinator at En Foco, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting photographers of multi-ethnicities, and was Executive and Development Assistant at Teatro IATI, a Spanish-language theater company. Katie graduated magna cum laude from New York University with a degree in Romance Languages (Spanish and French), and holds a Professional Certificate in Arts Administration from NYU's School of Continuing and Professional Studies.

Aries Dela Cruz has a B.A. In anthropology from Columbia University. He joined Jayme Koszyn Consulting in 2008. At Columbia, Aries was honored with the King’s Crown Award for outstanding commitment through exemplary leadership, and a Dean’s Citation and prize for his leadership and contributions to the university. In 2007, he was selected to be a fellow for Young People for the American Way.

Morgan Martin joined Jayme Koszyn Consulting in 2009. Prior to JKC, Morgan worked in the Development departments of the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art at Cornell University and the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York. She also worked in publicity, human resources and administration at the Johnson Museum and as an assistant in both Cornell University's Office of the President Emeritus and the Survey Research Institute. Morgan received a bachelor's degree in Economics from Cornell University.

Rafael Weil began working with Jayme Koszyn Consulting in 2006, when he refined and upgraded JKC’s visual identity. Since then, Rafael has designed numerous marketing pieces, including brochures, invitations, case statements, and presentations for many of JKC’s clients. Working with JKC, Rafael designed the logo for National Foundation for Advancement for the Arts and collaborated with the World Federation of the U.N. Foundation to design their Global Citizen Campaign brochure. Rafael was born in Caracas, Venezuela and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in interior architecture from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and a Master of Fine Arts in graphic design from Yale University. Following his studies at Yale, Rafael served as director of design at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, where he implemented a new visual identity across the entire organization. Rafael is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

Dan Zanella joined Jayme Koszyn Consulting in 2006 as a Senior Associate. During his more than two decades working in development, Dan had a senior position with the Easter Seal organization, then served as Director of Development at the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra before becoming the Chief Development Officer at American Ballet Theatre. He has managed programs raising a total of more than $80 million for these organizations. During Mr. Zanella’s eight-year tenure at the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, annual contributed income doubled while the organization’s endowment saw a six fold increase. He was also instrumental in successfully transitioning the Orchestra into its new home at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. At American Ballet Theatre, Mr. Zanella was a member of the senior management and was directly responsible for an annual development goal of more than $13 million as well as significant Board development responsibilities. Dan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Hartford’s Hartt School of Music with a double major in Music Performance and Management.
